Refund Policy
Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@saynid.com with your order number and a photo of the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@saynid.com.
Additional Notes
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products for hygiene reasons.
- Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
- For international orders, return shipping costs, duties, and taxes cannot be reimbursed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus shipping costs, or as store credit.
- If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly. Our team is unable to process refunds or replacements for items purchased through third parties.
