Shipping Policy

Shipping Carrier Domestic orders are fulfilled via our third-party logistics (3PL) partner to ensure fast and reliable shipping.

Delivery Period Orders are delivered within 5-8 business days after payment is confirmed, subject to stock availability. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, weather conditions, U.S. holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fee

  1. Free shipping on orders over $40 within the contiguous U.S. (excludes APO/FPO/DPO, AK, HI, PR, AS, and VI)
  2. A flat shipping fee of $8.99 applies to orders under $40

Delivery Tracking Tracking information will be available once the carrier has confirmed the shipment. Please allow some time for the status to be updated after your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Stolen Packages SAYNID is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. SAYNID is not liable for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address information.

Important Notes

  1. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched.
  2. Packages returned due to an incorrect address cannot be reshipped and may be subject to a restocking fee. SAYNID cannot refund shipping costs for returned shipments.
  3. If delivery is unsuccessful due to extended absence or an unrecognized address, please contact the carrier directly.
  4. Carriers will hold undelivered packages for up to 7 days before returning them to our warehouse. Returned packages cannot be resent.
  5. For inquiries regarding address changes, delivery scheduling, or delayed shipments, please contact the carrier directly.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international or overseas shipping at this time.
How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-8 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
